As we aggressively expand our US client base, we are launching a targeted outbound sales campaign and are seeking a results-driven, resilient Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

THE ROLE & SCHEDULE This is a full-time independent contractor engagement (2 to 3 months initial contract) focused on high-volume outbound cold calling to introduce our premier VA services to US-based business owners. You will be the crucial first point of contact for decision-makers across our target sectors.

  • Schedule: US Eastern Business Hours (approx. 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT).
  • Location: 100% Remote (Philippines).
  • Primary Objective: Qualify leads, confidently deliver our value proposition, overcome objections, and book discovery calls for our sales closing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Outbound Cold Calling: Execute 100 to 120 dials per day to targeted US prospects.
  • Lead Qualification: Confidently engage decision-makers, uncover core business pain points, and qualify prospects utilizing proven frameworks.
  • Value Proposition: Articulate the strategic benefits of Apex VA services (administrative support, scheduling, data entry, social media) customized by industry.
  • Appointment Setting: Consistently secure 5 to 8 qualified discovery calls per week for the sales team.
  • Objection Handling: Navigate common business roadblocks and scripts with a highly professional, consultative approach.
  • CRM Management: Maintain flawless data integrity with same-day entry across pipeline systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or GoHighLevel).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience: 1+ years of proven success in lead generation, cold calling, or outbound B2B sales (2+ years strongly preferred).
  • Market Knowledge: Demonstrated experience calling US-based clients with solid familiarity with US business culture and professional norms.
  • Communication: Exceptional command of spoken and written English with a neutral accent and a confident, professional phone presence.
  • Technical Stack: Comfort using CRM software and spreadsheets; equipped with a stable home workspace including 25+ Mbps internet and a noise-canceling headset.
  • Drive: Target-driven self-starter comfortable working independently against structured daily/weekly KPIs.
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
  • Prior experience selling Virtual Assistant (VA), BPO, or outsourcing services.
  • Familiarity with sales acceleration tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
  • Industry exposure within US real estate, healthcare, legal, digital agencies, or eCommerce.
