This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Candidates with strong customer service experience may be considered for the Assistant level, while those with loan processing experience may be considered for the Associate level.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Banking and Finance, or any related business course
For Branch Operations Assistant:
- Experience in customer service is required
- Client-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Hardworking, reliable, and able to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates a pleasant attitude and professional demeanor when dealing with clients and colleagues
For Branch Operations Associate:
- Experience in loan processing is required
- Prior experience in the banking or finance industry is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of loan documentation and processing procedures
