Quality Control Supervisor ensure effective management of quality in the manufacturing process of a company. Inspect materials and products using various methods, including visual checks, measurements (using gauges, micrometers, etc.), and specialized testing equipment. Understand and interpret product specifications, blueprints, and client requirements to ensure products meet standards.Monitors the entire manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished products, to identify potential issues and ensure compliance. Responsible for training other team members on quality control procedures and may supervise other quality control personnel.
Qualifications/Requirements- Candidate must be proficient mandarin speaking and able to write report/communicates in mandarin to the Department Manager and Plant Manager.
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Degree.
- Preferably with 3 years working experience in manufacturing process of power in integrated inductors.
- At least 2 years of working experience as quality controller in manufacturing company.
- The candidate must be trained/attended seminar on quality control of integrated inductors.
- The candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work at Light Science & Industry Park III-SEZ, Santo Tomas Batangas
