Quality Control Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Experience: More than 2 years of experience in quality management in medium and large enterprises.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in using office software on computers.
• Proficiency in 8D Analysis: Skilled in using 8D analysis method.
• Proficiency in Statistical Tools: Proficient in using various statistical tools for data analysis and visualization.
• Team Management and Leadership: Possesses team management and leadership abilities, capable of setting team goals and plans, organizing team work, and developing team members' skills and capabilities.
• Communication and Coordination Skills: Has excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to solve problems and drive work progress.
• Safety and Environmental Awareness: Has safety and environmental awareness, understands the safety risks and environmental pollution issues in the mold manufacturing and usage processes, and can implement appropriate preventive and environmental protection measures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Quality Manager in maintaining the normal operation of the company’s system and ensuring the implementation of system standards.
• Timely complete the various plans and targets assigned to the Quality Department by the Quality Manager.
• Manage and allocate quality inspectors, and promptly resolve reasonable requests raised by quality inspectors.
• Communicate the content of various quality meetings and assist the manager in formulating departmental quality plans and quality objectives based on company goals.
• Fully responsible for the inspection and testing work of incoming materials, production processes, and shipments, and controlling defective products.
• Responsible for reviewing reports submitted by subordinates to ensure the accuracy of quality records; provide inspection skills, operation procedures, and management process training to quality inspectors, continuously improving their professional level and inspection ability.
• Responsible for formulating job responsibilities, work instructions, and workflows for departmental employees.
• Responsible for managing and maintaining inspection equipment and measuring tools.
• Timely address internal quality abnormalities, organize the production department to analyze the causes and promptly improve, and ensure the effectiveness of the improvement measures.
• Actively support in handling quality complaint issues, propose corrective and preventive measures, and develop emergency plans to meet customer requirements.
• Analyze and monitor the production process, supervise, guide, and confirm each production operation process, improving workshop operators' quality awareness and sense of responsibility.
• Lead morning and evening machine inspections, and create improvement plans based on issues discovered during inspections, driving continuous improvement in the responsible departments.
• Responsible for the performance evaluations of subordinates.
• Guide the quality clerks in collecting and compiling quality inspection data, and preparing weekly and monthly quality summary reports.
• Organize weekly department meetings, share weekly data reports, analyze common issues, and formulate corrective actions.
• Organize the monthly quality analysis meeting with relevant personnel from the production department to analyze the top three defects reflected in the weekly and monthly quality reports and discuss improvement measures, following up on the effectiveness of the improvements.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
