Essential Function of a Field Representative

Shall handle maximum of 500 current account.
Ensures that all accounts are reminded of their amortization through text or call.
Financial adviser of the borrower since he is supposed to know the financial conditions of the clients he handles.
Shall visit clients with (1) Broken Promises, (2) No cellular phone or no landline, (3) Wrong/Inactive/Unattended No's./Clients who do not answer the call/text from our Head Office Staff.
