Receive deposits of clients, post transaction in Instafin & give validated duplicate copy of deposit slip
Disburse withdrawals of Clients with validated copy of withdrawal slip & post transaction in Instafin
Updating passbook
Manual Renewal/Update Deposit Ledger
Client Creation for:

Process minimum of six (6) folders a day and ensure propriety, completeness and rediscountability of all loan documents.

Assists and entertains clients availing/inquiring about various loan products

Interview Clients using PACCSS for Kabuhayan only

Send corresponding documents and seek approval from LAMD prior to release of Loan

Processing of all loan documents using Loan Documents Printing System (LDPS)

Creation of Client profile and loan creation in the Instafin System

Counsel or explain the terms and conditions of the loan

Filing of loan and safekeeping of all loan documents

Scanning of credit folders and send to CDR unit

Prepare PNs to be tagged in the Rediscounting System

Graduate of Any Bachelor's Degree.

Knowledge of MS Office Programs, particularly Excel and Powerpoint

Good communication skills, oral and written

Customer service skills
