Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Fully Remote / US Shift: CST or EST
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong NetSuite experience to support our growing US-based accounting operations.
This role focuses on accrual-based accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
This is a full-time remote role based in the Philippines, aligned with US CST or EST business hours.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform full-cycle month-end close in NetSuite
- Prepare and maintain monthly workpapers and account reconciliations
- Record and review journal entries (accruals, prepaids, adjustments)
- Maintain accuracy of the general ledger
- Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
- Support cash flow tracking and reporting
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Collaborate with US-based team members and clients
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience (US accounting experience preferred)
- Strong experience with NetSuite
- Deep understanding of accrual accounting
- Proven experience with month-end close and reconciliations
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Strong English communication skills
