Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management
(CRM) Specialist with strong expertise in the Marketing Module. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing CRM solutions that enhance customer
engagement and drive marketing automation strategies. This role requires a deep
understanding of Dynamics 365 functionalities, marketing workflows, and integration with other
business systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements, with a
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns, lead scoring models, and customer journeys
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between CRM and

Primary Skills & Qualifications:
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, specifically the Marketing Module.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, campaign management, and customer
- Experience in configuring and customizing CRM workflows, forms, and dashboards.
- Knowledge of data integration, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and reporting
