We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and proactive Customer Support Supervisor to support our Customer Service Team Leader and wider team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth running of day-to-day operations, offers backup leadership support, and helps uphold our high service standards.If you are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and confident supporting both customers and team members, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Customer Service Team Leader in overseeing daily operations
- Act as a key point of contact in the absence of the Team Leader
- Assist in managing escalations and customer expectations, to ensure timely and effective resolutions
- Monitor team workload and assist with task prioritization and delegation
- Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to team members as required
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues which impact the customer experience
- Maintain strong knowledge of our products, services, and internal processes
- Contribute to team development and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a customer service environment
- Proven ability to guide, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and accountability
- Skilled in resolving customer and team challenges, managing priorities under pressure, and maintaining service quality
- Proficient in monitoring KPIs, managing team workflows, and contributing to performance reviews and coaching
- Experienced in process improvement, training and development, and supporting change implementation
- Confident in managing daily operations, assisting with customer queries, quality control, and acting as Team Leader when required
- Quick to learn new systems and tools, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering team success
