Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Assistant Operations Manager with proven experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate will support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and leading teams to achieve business goals.

• Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
• Supervise and support store or restaurant staff, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and cost control.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and onboarding.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare operational reports.
• Work closely with management to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

• Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry in a supervisory, assistant manager, or operations role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage.
