We are looking for a high-energy, charismatic, and results-driven Sales Account Manager to champion our brand, build powerful partnerships, and drive our corporate and social bookings to new heights. What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day Excitement):
- Deal Maker: Identify, prospect, and secure lucrative corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners to drive room nights and banquet revenue.
- Relationship Architect: Maintain and nurture deep, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring our hotel remains their top choice in Manila.
- Experience Designer: Collaborate closely with our Banquets, Culinary, and Operations teams to tailor-make flawless proposals for corporate functions, weddings, and grand celebrations.
- Market Expert: Keep your finger on the pulse of hospitality trends in the Manila area, conducting competitor analysis and identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent our 4-star property at industry networking events, trade shows, and site inspections, showcasing the unique heritage and luxury we offer.
What We’re Looking For:
- The Foundation: Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- The Experience: At least 2–3 years of proven sales experience as an Account Manager or Executive in a 4 or 5-star hotel, upscale events venue, or premium travel agency.
- The Network: An established portfolio of corporate clients and event planners (experience dealing with corporate accounts within the Binondo/Manila area is a massive advantage!).
- The Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. You know how to command a room and read a client's needs perfectly.
- The Vibe: Passionate, resilient, and highly target-oriented. You thrive under pressure and love celebrating wins with your team.
