About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support and help maintain accurate records, reports, and data. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and data management tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and company correspondence.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and filing systems.
- Monitor and update databases, trackers, and operational reports.
- Consolidate and analyze data from various sources to support business decisions.
- Generate regular reports using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across records.
- Assist in process documentation and workflow improvements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties and special projects assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of administrative, office support, or related experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
- Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and reports.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Experience with data management, reporting, or business analytics.
- Familiarity with formulas, filtering, sorting, pivot tables, vlookup, and basic spreadsheet automation.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who enjoys both administrative work and working with data. You don't need to be an advanced Excel expert, but you should be comfortable navigating spreadsheets, maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and identifying trends or discrepancies in data.
