JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for performing maintenance to the required standards and notifying the Maintenance Manager of any issues that need rectification to re-establish maintenance standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure engineering technical follow-up and defect/delay analysis.
- Support training for mechanics, inspectors, and address various technical issues.
- Develop specifications and manage configuration control for powerplants, systems, and components.
- Maintain Power Plant and support maintenance personnel.
- Produce and share engineering analysis, action plans, and technical follow-up with the local team within agreed timeframes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of industrialized processes, methods, and tools to enhance efficiency and quality of activities.
Qualifications:
- Must have an Associate/Bachelor's Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Technology
- Must have an AMT License (A&P)
- Must have at least (1) year experience in Aircraft Maintenance Technician
