About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Foreperson (Shift Supervisor) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Bulacan plant. As the Plant Foreman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective running of our manufacturing facility, contributing to the overall success of the Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation/Multiplast Corporation.This full-time position is located in Bulacan, Central Luzon.
What you'll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the work of production teams to meet manufacturing targets and deadlines
- Ensure adherence to strict quality control standards and safety protocols
- Identify and address any operational issues or bottlenecks in a timely manner
- Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and maintenance, to optimize plant operations
- Analyze production data and generate reports to inform management decisions
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Plant Foreperson or in a similar supervisory role within the manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think critically
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve production targets
- Proficient in data analysis and report generation to support operational improvements
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations in the manufacturing sector
