HVAC Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair climate control and refrigeration systems. HVAC technician will play a critical role in ensuring optimal indoor air quality, temperature control, and machinery cooling, particularly within the production environment.

• Graduate of a vocational course
• Must possess a valid TESDA NC II Certificate in Industrial Cooling or Domestic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• With at least 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Industry Advantage: Prior experience working within a manufacturing setup or industrial plant environment is highly preferred.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on industrial and commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, and split-types.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults efficiently to minimize production downtime in the manufacturing area.
• Repair or replace defective components, controls, thermostats, and electrical wiring safely.
• Monitor and adjust climate control systems to meet specific manufacturing, storage, and office environment standards.
• Comply strictly with company safety protocols.
