Qualifications:

• Previous experience is crucial, often requiring 3–5 years as assistant project manager, or superintendent.
• Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, scheduling software, and project management tools like Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage budgets, cost estimating, and contract administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are critical to managing subcontractors and project teams.
