The Customer Service Associate – Social Media & Same-Day Delivery Support is responsible for handling customer inquiries through Instagram DM, live chat, and other online messaging platforms while ensuring efficient coordination of same-day delivery orders.

The role focuses on providing fast, friendly, and professional customer support that reflects the brand image of RB Lifestyle Retailing Inc.

The position also supports order updates, delivery coordination, customer concern monitoring, and general customer service administration to maintain excellent customer satisfaction and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Social Media Support
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, live chat, and other messaging platforms.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order concerns, delivery updates, and basic after-sales support.
  • Maintain clear, friendly, and professional communication aligned with the Richboyz brand voice.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience by providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Monitor customer conversations and ensure proper follow-up and resolution of concerns.
Same-Day Delivery Coordination
  • Process and coordinate same-day delivery orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment, riders, and operations teams regarding delivery schedules and order status.
  • Provide customers with real-time updates regarding deliveries, delays, and fulfillment concerns.
  • Ensure proper documentation and monitoring of same-day delivery transactions.
Customer Concern Handling
  • Handle basic customer concerns and inquiries professionally.
  • Escalate complicated issues such as returns, exchanges, refunds, complaints, or unresolved concerns to the appropriate customer service personnel.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns while maintaining professionalism and brand standards.
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Maintain organized records of customer concerns, delivery updates, and service issues.
  • Assist the Fulfillment & Customer Service Lead with customer service and operational tasks when needed.
  • Support overall customer service operations to help improve response efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate coordination between customer service, fulfillment, and operations teams.
Qualifications
  • At least Senior High School graduate; College level or graduate is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail, live chat, or social media support is an advantage.
  • Strong written communication and customer handling skills.
  • Familiar with Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and other social media platforms.
  • Social media savvy and comfortable handling online customer interactions.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
