Customer Service Representative - (Retail Account)

We currently have an opening for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) Voice Account - Retail located in Eastwood Libis, Quezon

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
• Assist customers with orders, billing inquiries, returns, exchanges, and product-related concerns
• Perform accurate data entry and update customer records in the system
• Process retail transactions, refunds, replacements, and order tracking requests
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism
• Document customer interactions and case resolutions accurately
• Meet daily productivity, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction targets
• Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution and follow-up
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information

• At least 1-2 years of BPO/customer service experience, preferably in a retail account
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong data entry and typing skills with high attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
• Willing to work on US Schedule and In Eastwood Libis, Quezon City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
