What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, or support tickets with professionalism, empathy, and a positive tone.
- Connect with customers by carefully reading and understanding their concerns, then providing accurate and thoughtful solutions.
- Build trust with clients and teammates by being dependable and supportive.
- Manage customer needs with attention to detail, aiming to resolve issues efficiently—ideally within the first interaction.
- Deliver excellent service while learning how to meet customer experience goals.
- Share product knowledge in a clear, friendly way that helps customers.
- At least High School/Senior High graduate
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer service or BPO experience is a plus, but not required
- A positive, dependable attitude with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable using a computer and navigating online tools
