What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, or support tickets with professionalism, empathy, and a positive tone.
  • Connect with customers by carefully reading and understanding their concerns, then providing accurate and thoughtful solutions.
  • Build trust with clients and teammates by being dependable and supportive.
  • Manage customer needs with attention to detail, aiming to resolve issues efficiently—ideally within the first interaction.
  • Deliver excellent service while learning how to meet customer experience goals.
  • Share product knowledge in a clear, friendly way that helps customers.
Who We’re Looking For
  • At least High School/Senior High graduate
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Customer service or BPO experience is a plus, but not required
  • A positive, dependable attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable using a computer and navigating online tools
