Procurement Specialist

Job Objective
The role is responsible for buying the major parts, equipment, tools, and other goods specifically assigned to him or her at the right quality, at the right time, and at the most economical cost. His or her responsibility includes processing PO, negotiating with the suppliers, quality assurance, Market analysis, implementation of a strategic sourcing plan, and liaising with inventory teams and management.With experience in procurement and the ability to plan and handle meetings with internal and external customers.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in procurement and supply chain, preferably in the power and energy industry.
- Computer literate using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),
- Preferably with minimum knowledge of the Maximo system or any procurement and inventory management system
- Experience in procurement techniques and negotiation
- Must possess interpersonal skills
- Willing to accept a Project-based status.
- Willing to be assigned in Gapan, Nueva Ecija.
