GlobalTek BPO Inc. is an in-house BPO company who helps the underserved and at-risk disabled population in their quest to receive all the disability benefits they medically, legally, and ethically qualify for from both government and private entities.

We develop medical evidence that helps our clients navigate the complex disability benefits journey to improve their life trajectory.

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Infrastructure Engineer 2 (Systems) to design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT systems and infrastructure. As a mid-level engineer, you will be responsible for managing systems across cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring reliability, security, and optimal performance.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and help scale our systems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux).

Administer and support infrastructure platforms such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.

Configure and monitor cloud-based resources (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar scripting tools.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across servers, storage, and network devices. • Maintain system security by implementing updates, patches, and security configurations.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution, including regular backup testing.
Collaborate with development, security, and support teams on infrastructure initiatives.
Document procedures, configurations, and changes for internal knowledgebase.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure management, or a related IT role.
Proficiency with Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
Proficiency in PowerShell Script Development, Azure automation, User automation and workflows
Proven experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated with a passion for solving problems
Experience with infrastructure as code.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure Administrator, AWS SysOps, CompTIA Server+).
Familiarity with container platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. Advanced Troubleshooting: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues under pressure, utilizing a variety of diagnostic tools and methodologies.
