Junior IT Business Analyst

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements. Analyze processes and systems to understand needs and propose effective solutions.
• System Design: Develop and design detailed process models, system architectures, and user interfaces. Ensure designs align with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Data Analysis: Collect, Analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights. Use data to support decision-making, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Solution Validation: Conduct testing to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Oversee system testing, User Acceptance testing (UAT), and manage defect resolution.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, user stories, use cases, and technical requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and solutions are delivered as expected.
• Change Management: Support organizational change management by preparing and training users on new systems and processes, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Post Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support by troubleshooting issues, ensuring smooth system operation, and supporting user inquiries.

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze business processes, systems and data to derive actionable insights and solutions.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of system design principles, data analysis techniques and user interface design. Familiarity with relevant tools or methodologies is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail in both design and documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Fresh graduates should show enthusiasm and potential for growth in the role.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), process flow tools (Lucid chart, Draw.io, or Visio), Project Management tools (JIRA/Click-up) is preferred.

• Have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
• Experience with Postman for API testing
• Experience in the Fintech Industry or knowledge of how financial technology work, including payment processing, digital wallets, and related services.
• Knowledge or experience in relational database management systems.
• Knowledge or experience in creating mock-ups preferably thru Figma
• Experience using Canva to create various presentation materials.
