Site Engineer

Participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections, and quality assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise day-to-day site operations, including workforce management coordination, and material usage.
- Interpret and review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and material requirements to ensure accurate project implementation.
- Prepare and maintain detailed engineering reports and progress reports.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure activities are completed according to approved timelines.
- Coordinate material deliveries, verify quality and quantity, and ensure proper storage and usage.
- Ensure workmanship quality meets company standards and client expectations.
- Attend site meetings and progress review meetings.
- Assist in variation works evaluation and preparation of supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of labor, equipment, and site activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- With relevant experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in the use of engineering design software and tools
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Licensed Engineer and Certified Safety Officer 2
- Within Taguig and Makati
