URGENT HIRING!!! We are looking for Sales-Accounting Supervisor with Real Estate experience who can urgently join in our Real Estate Company - Cresta De Oro, Philippines, Inc.
Office Location: Balanga, Bataan- Bachelor's degree in accountancy or any financial/accounting related course.
- Experience in corporate accounting, taxation and BIR
- Experience in Real Estate is advantage
- Experience in Sales is advantage but not required (Good understanding of the business)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills financial reporting and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Main Areas of Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable: Process the statement of accounts, track payments, and follow up on any outstanding accounts.
- Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation for real estate transactions.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements.
- Financial Reporting: Help prepare collection and monthly receivables report.
- Tax & Compliance: Assist with the requirements related to tax, audits, and compliance with real estate financial regulations.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately enter financial data and maintain organized records.
- Collaboration: Work with VP-Operations, sales and marketing team, and accountants to ensure smooth financial operations.
