Join the dynamic team at Select Goods' as an Assistant Supervisor in our Baguio City Benguet store. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Supervisor in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and driving the success of our growing business.

1. Assist the Store Supervisor in managing and motivating the store team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
2. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices
3. Provide hands-on support in various store functions, including customer service, inventory management, and cash handling
4. Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
5. Assist in training and developing store associates to enhance their skills and knowledge
6. Effectively communicate with customers, address their concerns, and provide exceptional service
7. Contribute to the overall success of the store by actively participating in store meetings and initiatives

1. Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory or assistant supervisory role
2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
3. Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive shopping experience
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions
5. Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and environments
