HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Recruitment and selection of new employees, including reviewing applications, and conducting interviews
  • Onboarding new hires and ensuring they have a seamless transition into the organisation
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and files, ensuring compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures
  • Payroll preparation and address employee concerns related to compensation and administering statutory benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
  • Providing support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, leave entitlements, and performance management
  • Providing administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as payroll processing and employee data management
  • Investigate grievances and prepare necessary documentation
  • Coordinate grievances meeting (e.g. memorandum issuances and other meetings pertaining to company's policies and procedures)
  • Assist in the resolution of grievances accordingly

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Finance, or Business-related field
  • Knowledgeable on accounting, human resource, labor laws and principles including payroll processing
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and accounting software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and requires the exercise of considerable judgment, tact and initiative
  • Strong ethics on being Professional, Discreet & Keeping of Confidential matters secure
