HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
JOB DESCRIPTION- Recruitment and selection of new employees, including reviewing applications, and conducting interviews
- Onboarding new hires and ensuring they have a seamless transition into the organisation
- Maintaining and updating employee records and files, ensuring compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures
- Payroll preparation and address employee concerns related to compensation and administering statutory benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
- Providing support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, leave entitlements, and performance management
- Providing administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as payroll processing and employee data management
- Investigate grievances and prepare necessary documentation
- Coordinate grievances meeting (e.g. memorandum issuances and other meetings pertaining to company's policies and procedures)
- Assist in the resolution of grievances accordingly
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Finance, or Business-related field
- Knowledgeable on accounting, human resource, labor laws and principles including payroll processing
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft and accounting software
- Strong problem-solving skills and requires the exercise of considerable judgment, tact and initiative
- Strong ethics on being Professional, Discreet & Keeping of Confidential matters secure
