- Perform functional testing on applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues
- Conduct troubleshooting and support issue resolution
- Ensure product quality and compliance with requirements
- Collaborate with developers and team members for fixes and improvements
Qualifications:
- Experience in Quality Assurance (QA)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience in functional testing
- Keen attention to detail and good documentation skills
