Job Description: Videographer and Editor Key Responsibilities
- Shoot raw video footage for brand campaigns, in-house content, and UGC-style videos
- Edit videos for various platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) with proper pacing, storytelling, and musical scoring
- Apply color grading to maintain brand aesthetic and elevate visual quality
- Interpret scripts or creative briefs and transform them into finished videos
- Collaborate with the Creative Strategist and Marketing team for ideation and execution - Create minor graphics and visual elements using Canva or other design tools
- Organize and maintain a library of footage and templates for future use - Leverage AI tools when applicable to improve workflow efficiency
- Resides in or near Dasmariñas, Cavite
- Has a strong eye for framing, lighting, and storytelling through video
- Knows how to translate a script or concept into visual output
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Canva
- Familiar with AI tools that can speed up editing, sound design, or post-production
- Has basic skills in color grading and understands how to make visuals pop
- Can maximize musical scoring to match the emotion and rhythm of the content
- Bonus: Some knowledge in motion graphics or animation is a plus
- UGC (User Generated Content) style videos
- Campaign launch and branding videos - Reels/TikToks/Short-form content
- Minor graphic design for social media
