Job Description
About the Role:
The Videographer will develop engaging and impactful video content to effectively communicate complex technology concepts, promote digital products, and document organizational learning.
Ensure knowledge transfer and capability building within ITD by documenting processes, creating templates, and establishing best practices for communication activities.
The videographer will enhance ITD's branding through professional and consistent visual identity, engaging content, and effective learning experiences that demonstrate the department's commitment to excellence.
Specific tasks and service requirements required on a daily basis.- Storyboards for video content
- Promotional, informational, and subject matter videos
- B-roll and photo library footage
- Same-day events highlights
- Motion graphics templates for recurring animations
- Progress reports
- Other related key deliverables that may be defined as output
Educational background and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in multimedia, fine arts, digital media, or any related course.
At least five (5) years of experience as a Videographer- Strong practical background in the end-to-end production of videos and animations; from conceptualization to pre-production planning, up to hands-on editing and assembly
- Proficient in using creative design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 products
- Experience working with technology-oriented briefs is a major advantage
Graphic Design Services:
- Translate change and outreach initiatives communication requirements into a consistent visual system and art direction, in alignment with the ADB branding
- Act as the steward for branding of change and outreach initiatives
- Develop, edit, and improve upon visually impactful communication deliverables
- Coordinate with different groups for preparing the final layouts for publishing (e.g. CSD, DOCK)
- Monitor the performance of graphic design materials and propose improvements for future campaigns
- Maintain a library of visual standards and templates for use by the Communications Team, ITD Front Office and the ITD as a whole
- Conduct thorough reviews and ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to quality standards.

Work arrangement discussion and an opportunity for the candidate to ask questions
Hybrid, requiring employees to report onsite at least once a week. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ, compliance is mandatory.- Work Schedule is from 8:00AM 5:00PM Manila Time.
