Job Summary
Dygen Sales Coordinator functions as a liaison between the Principal, Customers, and Courier or delivery partners (Logistics). Ensures timely processing of orders with 100% accuracy and collaborates closely with Dygen and DDC key personnel to ensure that expectations of customers and principal in terms of processing & delivery of orders are accomplished.
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Order Processing
Reviews all SO submitted if the required details are complete. Otherwise, return to the principal or PMRs all orders with incomplete information for completion; (Delivery Address, Contract, Delivery Schedule
Regularly coordinate with the principal’s contact person, PMRs, and/or District Manager regarding the availability of the goods ordered;Regularly coordinates and checks with Invoicing and Returns Staff the encoded Sales Orders (SO) for picklist printing and processing of Internal Operations;
Regularly checks the availability of the stocks vs printed pick list for immediate coordination and feedback to customers;
Ensures all information regarding SO are coordinated with customers, principals, and/or PMRs;
After-Sales Coordination
Regularly coordinated with Operations Specialist regarding the delivery status and directly informs the customer.
Assist the Finance Department in providing daily monitoring report to principal validating reports on claims, discounts, or free goods;Ensures that all sales from retail, activation program or online selling are encoded and invoiced once payment is cleared by the Finance Department;
Assist designated customers or principals in any queries related to their deliveries and reports all concerns promptly to customer assistant service;
Maintains good rapport & business relationship with principals and customers;
Helps in conducting monthly stock reconciliation and wall to wall inventory;
Encodes all processed SO for KPI daily monitoring record;
Others
Supports the Operations Supervisor and Dygen Pharma Business Manager in developing programs, policies and procedures relative to the improvement of the Department and its services;Abides by the company rules and regulations implemented with regards to policies and procedures, Safety and Health, Quality Management, and in the Employee’s Handbook; and
Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Operations Supervisor and Dygen Pharma Business Manager.

Educational Requirements
College graduate or at least 2 years in college
Competency
1 – 2 years in handling customer service
Experience in outbound and outbound telemarketing
