Sales Coordinator

The Role:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who can support both our retail and e-commerce channels.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage sales orders and deliveries for retail partners
• Update and maintain product listings in Lazada and Shopee Seller Center
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely stock replenishment
• Assist in retail store sell-through tracking and reorders
• Support online campaigns (e.g., 8.8, 11.11, Payday Sales)
• Maintain CRM database (Zoho CRM) with customer and retailer updates
• Generate weekly sales reports for retail and online channels
• Assist in planning retail activations, pop-ups, or promotions
• Monitor customer inquiries and help resolve after-sales issues

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• At least 2 years experience in Sales Coordination, Retail Operations, or E-Commerce
• Experience using Lazada/Shopee Seller Center (preferred)
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs are a bonus!)
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams
• Passion for sports, fashion, or lifestyle brands a plus!
