The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Accounting Officer to play a key role in financial reporting, business analysis, and operational decision support.
This role goes beyond traditional accounting. You will work closely with the Accounting Head and leadership team to translate financial data into clear insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Do- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, including accrals, reconciliations, and management reports
- Deliver executive-ready analysis and insights to support decision-making
- Monitor and analyse machine performance, identifying trends and underperforming assets
- Support financial modelling and investment analysis
- Operational & Business Insight
- Provide data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency
- Partner with internal stakeholders on process improvement and reporting needs
- Analyse parts usage and operational data to support cost and performance optimisation
- Accounting Operations
- Support and oversee AP/AR processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Assist in strengthening policies and improving financial processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred but not required)
- At least 5 years’ experience in accounting, audit, or finance
- Strong experience in financial reporting, analysis, and Excel
- Experience with accounting systems (Xero is an advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
- Exposure to international operations and business models
