ACCOUNTING OFFICER (JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT)

Type: Full-time, Graveyard Shift

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related field
• Experience processing invoices and managing accounts payable
• Minimum of 3-5 years accounting experience preferred
• Knowledgeable in general accounting procedures and bookkeeping principles
• Experience in bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and preparation of financial reports
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO) for bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting
• Familiarity with multi-currency accounting using QuickBooks Online (QBO) or similar accounting systems
• Ability to manage financial records for different companies, products, and service lines.
• Experience working in a multi-country company handling multiple currencies and diverse products and services
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
