WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch, to ensure efficiency and safety. Key responsibilities involve leading staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing space utilization, and enforcing compliance with health and safety standards.The role requires proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics coordination, and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Direct daily operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and productivity targets.
- Maintain, monitor, and reconcile stock levels in the data system to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Train, supervise, and mentor staff, including managing schedules, performance, and safety training.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain security protocols.
- Maintain equipment and optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in Warehousing and Shipment
- ODDO experience
- End to end Warehousing
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and safety regulations.
- Experience in using ODOO System (is an advantage but not required as this can be learned along the way)
