We need a Company Nurse who will provide basic healthcare services to our employees. He or she will be responsible for assessing and aiding employee recovery, promoting health and wellness and assisting during emergency situations.

Principal Functions & Responsibilities:

• Evaluates pre-employment medical exam results of newly hired personnel
• Responsible in alleviating the basic health issues of employees including but not limited to checking of vital signs and administering appropriate medicine/s
• Does first aid treatment of minor accidents within the company premises
• In-charge in the custody and replenishment of first aid kit
• Validates the sick leave application and disputes
• Assess employee’s health condition upon return to work from sick leave
• Acts as safety officer in implementing health and safety procedures
• Coordinates with the HMO provider in processing HMO coverages (principal & dependents), inquiries and requirements submission
• Creates programs and strategies to improve the health of employees
• Manages the office clinic, medical records, supplies, instruments, equipment and sanitation of the clinic
• Perform services for ServiceFirst and its affiliates and its subsidiaries

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of BS Nursing
• Preferably BOSH certified
• Highly organized and meticulous attention to details
• Commendable problem-solving skills and with high sense of urgency
• Resilient, flexible and has an impressive work ethics and level of professionalism
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft programs-Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
