Responsibilities

• To administer proper medications and to address patient’s health concern
• Immediate Health Assessment and Coordination for reported employee with health symptoms
• Oversee the implementation of Health and Safety protocols in the workplace
• Validate the medical certificate/document submitted by the employee
• Provide basic first aid to employees when required and assess employee health risks
• Oversee employees when medical emergency situation happens
• Transfer / Assist employee to the nearest hospital when injured / needs immediate treatment from the hospital
• Monitor the stock the inventory of the medicines and other necessary supplies from time to time and coordinate with asset and purchasing team
• Facilitate Health reminders and tips to all employees
• Facilitate and monitor First aid trainings for the medical team
• Coordinate and announce the company physician’s schedule
• Work on any other tasks or responsibilities at the behest of the: SHECO / HR Supervisor

• Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing with PRC License
• Willing to work on site in Cubao or Ortigas Pasig
• No work schedule preference
