About the role
We are seeking a committed and organized Full-time Front Desk Assistant to join our team at True Beauty International Inc. in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our busy front desk.If you have a passion for BEAUTY and helping people to me more confident, and strong organizational skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What you'll be doing- Greet and welcome all customers and visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails and messages, and direct enquiries to the appropriate team members
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary stationery and supplies are well-stocked
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and data entry
- Provide general office support to the team as needed
- Flexibility providing Lash extensions service for our clients. ( no experience needed, we will train you! we just need your 100% commitment. 5% commission for every service for our client.
- Content creation and Planning for social media account.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative assistant role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using common office software such as Microsoft Office, Excel and others.
- A friendly, reliable and proactive approach to work.
- Trustworthy. Must have a passion for Beauty.
- Proactive on closing deals and bookings.
