Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Hino Truck Sales Executive to promote and sell Hino commercial vehicles to corporate clients, fleet operators, logistics companies, contractors, and individual buyers. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent after-sales coordination.
The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills, knowledge of commercial vehicles, and the ability to understand customer business operations and transport requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell Hino trucks and commercial vehicles, spare parts, and lubricants to new and existing customers.
- Identify sales opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
- Build strong relationships with fleet owners, logistics companies, contractors, transport operators, and government/private clients.
- Conduct product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and customer consultations.
- Prepare quotations, financing proposals, and sales documentation.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable truck models based on operational requirements and budget.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with financing institutions, insurance providers, and internal departments for smooth transaction processing.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely delivery and proper turnover of vehicles to customers.
- Provide after-sales follow-up to maintain customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate customer database, sales pipeline, and activity reports.
- Participate in trade shows, truck exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Participate in all dealership and Hino Motors Philippines Corp events such as training, skills contests, conferences, and many like.
- Pass the training/knowledge level standard set by the dealership and HMP.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in commercial vehicles, automotive, heavy equipment, or fleet sales.
- Knowledge of truck specifications, financing, fleet operations, and the transport industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Aggressive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Willing to do extensive field work and client visits.
- Ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales reporting tools.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
