Job Description

You will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, email, or chat in a professional and efficient manner. They provide information, support, or assistance regarding products, services, or account-related inquiries. Agents must maintain a positive and helpful attitude, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Close sales and meet sales goals and/or productivity goals in accordance with development plan (daily, weekly, and/or monthly)
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Non-Student (College Undergrad or College Graduate)
  • Must be customer-oriented and willing to assist customer orders
  • Must be willing and physically & cognitively able to work at night
  • Must be willing to be assigned during weekends
  • Above-average English communication skills
