Job Summary
The HR Assistant – Talent Acquisition supports the recruitment and onboarding requirements of assigned stores or areas to ensure timely hiring and deployment of manpower needs.
Key Responsibilities- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and deployment of candidates
- Monitor vacancy requirements, recruitment trackers, and onboarding compliance of new hires within the assigned area
- Coordinate with store operations, hiring managers, and applicants regarding hiring updates and pre-employment requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related course
- With experience in talent acquisition, or HR-related functions is an advantage
