General Manager (Chinese Translator)

Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations of the furniture production and export processes, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery of export orders.
• Manage and supervise employees across departments such as production, quality control, logistics, and export documentation to maintain a productive and compliant workplace.
• Prepare and present operational and performance reports, including production output, export volumes, KPIs, and operational goals to company owners or executives.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational budgets, analyze financial performance including cost of materials, production costs, and profitability of export orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and logistics partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment of export commitments.
• Delegate tasks effectively to qualified team members and ensure compliance with company policies, export regulations, product quality standards, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Address and resolve internal staff concerns or conflicts in a professional manner to maintain a collaborative and productive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Business Administration, Management or any related field.
• Can speak and write Chinese.
• At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in a logistics, trucking or manufacturing company.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable, along with experience managing departments.
• Deep understanding of daily operational procedures, supply chain, and industry-specific regulations.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and developing business strategies.
• High-level problem-solving, conflict resolution, analytical thinking, and effective communication.
