Job Description:
- Oversee the daily operations including production, manpower scheduling, maintenance, quality control and safety.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity, reduce costs and enhance product quality
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations and environmental standards
- Supervise and lead the team in the company’s day-to-day activities and operations
- Capable of handling production operations and ensuring that departmental objectives, targets and programs are achieved with high quality and maximum productivity of Aluminum Die casting.
- Manage budgets and ensure timely delivery of customer’s order
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Engineering related courses
- Strong knowledge in die casting equipment, mold design and die cast mass production
- With at least 5 years of relevant experience in die cast machine process
- Hold the position of Head of die casting associates in Japan
- With knowledge and experience as a Production Engineer of Die casting in Japan
- Can speak Japanese language
