Position Title: FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT SUPERVISOR (1)
Job Description: Oversee the completion of the day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of the building / facility, equipment and machinery, grounds keeping, security and overall facility appearance; supervises the work of employees within the department and coordinate to his manager.
Place of Deployment: Subic Bay Freeport Zone/Olongapo City/R3
Intended Period of Employment : 2 years
Foreign National Applicant/ Nationality : YANG YAN / Chinese

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications: Knowledgeable in writing, reading and speaking Mandarin and English; with at least 2 yrs. of related experience; with the ability to quickly learn the equipment and facilities to be maintained; broad understanding in written directions in manuals and on manufacturer websites; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as required to complete and maintain records for 2 years in Subic Bay.
