About the role

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Store Supervisor to join our team at Alberto Shoes Corporation' in Olongapo. As the Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our SM Olongapo, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales.

This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in the success of our retail business.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coach a team of sales associates, providing guidance and feedback to help them deliver outstanding customer service
Oversee store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling procedures
Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies to drive sales and profitability
Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the regional management team to implement company policies and initiatives
Assist with the training and development of new team members

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Proficient in inventory management, cash handling, and inventory reporting
A keen eye for visual merchandising and the ability to create engaging and visually appealing store displays
A positive, energetic, and collaborative attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
