Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing / Procurement & Fleet Management Officer to manage end-to-end procurement processes, logistics coordination, and fleet operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills and experience in handling suppliers, inventory, and vehicle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end purchasing of stone materials (sourcing, supplier coordination, and order processing)
• Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate pricing when needed
• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement aligned with project requirements

• Coordinate deliveries and ensure alignment with project timelines
• Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records
• Monitor costs and provide regular updates on purchasing and logistics expenses

• Track company vehicles and monitor usage
• Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth daily operations

• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics, or supply chain
• Experience in fleet or vehicle management is a strong advantage
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
