Fleet Analyst Coordinator

Maintain an accurate, real-time centralized vehicle database, including titles, registrations, and maintenance history.
- Track vehicle lifecycles from procurement through to disposal/remarketing.
- Ensure all vehicle documentation is compliant with local and national regulations.
- Maintain completeness and orderliness of Motor Vehicle Records Folder filing, archiving and retrieval.
- Audit and process invoices related to fuel and tolls.
- Reconcile monthly billing statements to ensure accuracy and prevent overcharges.
- Liaise with the Finance department to ensure timely vendor payments and budget alignment.
- Issuance & Retrieval: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of fuel cards for all company owned vehicles, privileged employees and appointed fleet admin card holders.
- Monitoring: Conduct audits of card transactions to detect fraudulent activity or policy violations.
- Support: Act as the primary helpdesk for drivers regarding card lockouts, replacements, and PIN resets.
