Treasury Associate

TREASURY ASSOCIATE:

Responsible for cashiering, payment monitoring, petty cash handling, check releasing, and preparation of treasury-related reports and documents. Ensures accurate monitoring and timely processing of payments and treasury transactions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Serve as custodian of Head Office and Maintenance petty cash funds.
• Monitor petty cash balances and ensure proper liquidation and replenishment.
• Prepare petty cash replenishment reports and supporting documents.

• Monitor and verify daily payment transactions and check requests.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of payment documents before processing.
• Prepare and maintain check monitoring reports.

• Release checks and BIR Form 2307 to suppliers in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding payment schedules and document concerns.
• Maintain proper filing and monitoring of released checks and related documents.

• Prepare transmittal reports and inventory of payment vouchers.
• Organize and maintain treasury files, records, and supporting documents.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all treasury-related information.

• Respond to supplier inquiries regarding payments and document status.
• Coordinate with Accounting and other departments regarding treasury concerns.
• Perform other treasury and administrative tasks as assigned.

QUALITIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or any related course.
• With experience in treasury, cashiering, accounting support, or payment processing is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work onsite.
