Work Setup: Hybrid (On-site 3–4 times per month)
Job Summary:The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles. The role ensures timely and quality hiring while providing a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referralsScreen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for role requirements and updates
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Support onboarding and pre-employment requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications: Fresh graduates of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related courses are welcome to apply
Can start ASAPMust have own laptop and personal mobile phone
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Willing to work in a hybrid setup (on-site 3–4 times per month)
