Technical Recruiter (Onsite)

About the Role

• Source and engage high-quality candidates across Southeast Asia (Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore).
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for multiple technical functions.
• Qualify candidates through structured conversations, assessing both technical and cultural fit.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify and attract top talent.
• Conduct proactive outreach, including cold calling, to build relationships and generate leads.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance recruitment strategies and market knowledge.
• Generate leads and contribute to business development initiatives when required.

• 2–5 years of end-to-end technical recruitment experience (IT, Software, Project Management, etc.).
• Strong English communication skills – both written and spoken.
• Proven success sourcing candidates across multiple SEA markets.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing tools.
• Exceptional skills in pipeline building and candidate qualification.
• Confident communicator – comfortable with phone outreach and cold calls.
• Previous experience in an established recruitment agency environment.
