Level 2 Application Support Engineer

• Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite per Week)
• Shift: Mid Shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM PHT) | Must be open to shifting schedules

About the Role

NYGCI is looking for a Level 2 Application Support Engineer to join our client's technology team. This position is responsible for maintaining application stability by resolving production issues, monitoring systems, and supporting day-to-day operations while working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Investigate and resolve application and production-related issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive solutions.
• Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities.
• Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the L3 support team.
• Monitor application health and system performance.
• Coordinate with users, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational reports, and knowledge articles.
• Assist in UAT activities, production deployments, and project transitions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or L2 Support.
• Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
